3D Printing Materials

We have provided an overview of the resins and filaments that we always have in stock and the associated technologies.

The diversity of applications that industries are exploring for 3D printing makes for an exciting time.

How do I Dial in Any Resin? (Testing for Resin Exposure)

Incorrect exposure time is one of the primary reasons why 3D prints fail. In this article, we will use the Validation Matrix Finder to guide you through the process of dialing in your resin correctly.

Print the Validation Matrix

  1. Download the Validation Matrix onto your computer.

  2. Load the test print file onto your slicer software and key in your desired exposure value(s).

  3. Save it as a file compatible with your 3D printer, and then make sure to save it onto your USB drive.

  4. Print the file with your resin 3D printer.

  5. Read the results and adjust as necessary.
